Our goal at CosMom ConShop is to provide cosplayers and convention goers quality products at an affordable price. We aim to offer accessibly priced and high quality synthetic wigs for cosplay or fashion wear, and we are working to provide clothing that appeals to and is flattering on a range of sizes, body types, and gender expressions. We are currently transitioning to a single price model where we no longer pass on the additional cost for plus sized clothing onto the customer, but this is still a work in progress and not all items reflect it.
If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have purchased from us please contact us so that we can resolve the problem.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been washed or worn or otherwise altered from that state they were sold at.

All official merchandise that we sell is licensed and purchased through official or reputable dealers.
